The HR Start‑up Award goes to WorkFlex
WorkFlex wins the HR Start-up Award 2025. At the Personalmanagementkongress in Berlin, the audience decided by live vote.
WorkFlex is the winner of this year’s HR Start-up Award. At the competition’s anniversary edition, held as part of the Personalmanagementkongress (PMK) in Berlin, the start-up won over the audience with a service that automates business trips and workations while taking account of complex regulatory requirements such as A1 certificates or tax questions.
