WorkFlex has appointed Frank Jura as Vice President of Compliance. Frank brings over two decades of experience in immigration, relocation, visa services, and global mobility management. Having held senior leadership roles at EY, Santa Fe Relocation, and CIBT, he has spent most of his career on the vendor side of the industry, supporting organisations as they navigate the growing complexity of cross-border workforce compliance.

WorkFlex was built on a simple observation: managing cross-border work with the traditional approaches is fundamentally broken. It's fragmented across tools, teams, and trip types - and technology is the only viable fix at scale. It's a reality Frank has observed from the vendor side throughout his career:

"Travel, workations, rotational arrangements, hybrid arrangements - there's such a big variety of employee trips. And the traditional long-term assignment has dropped massively. The reality is: yes, it's all cross-border movement - but each type is very specific in a compliance and management sense."

Yet most organisations still handle them in silos - travel compliance in one team, immigration and HR in another. As the regulatory environment catches up, that fragmentation is becoming a liability: Authorities are increasing cross-border data sharing, Posted Worker Directive enforcement is tightening, and the consequences of getting it wrong are rising.

Frank’s decision to join WorkFlex is rooted in what he sees as a genuine structural answer: a single platform that handles compliance regardless of why an employee is crossing a border.

"I truly believe WorkFlex is in the best position to really solve this. It doesn't matter whether you're a travel manager or an HR manager - the moment your employee crosses a border, WorkFlex has it covered."
